We are pleased to announce that Mr. Marcel Oettinger has successfully completed his PhD at the Institute of Turbomachinery and Fluid Dynamics. His dissertation is entitled “Rotating Instabilities in Low-Flow Turbine Operation” and was defended on 07.04.2025.
