Main Focus

  • Multiphysics of turbulent flows
  • Measurement and simulation of turbulent flows
  • Labyrinth seals

Research Projects

Our research goal is to validate turbulence resolving simulation method for aero-acoustic and aero-elasticity problems in turbomachinery. Therefore, we develop and validate higher order methods as well as realistic boundary conditions.
