Fluid Mechanics II

The course covers the theoretical fundamentals and flow physics, to give a deeper understanding of technical flows. In addition to the basic equations of fluid mechanics and exact solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations, laminar and turbulent flows, and the boundary layer theory are the main topics of the lecture. Furthermore, potential flows, the similarity theory, and compressible flows will be treated.

Recommended from 6th semester
