Excursions

Traditionally, the TFD organizes a multi-day excursion for students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering during the lecture-free Pentecost week. The aim is to experience the content covered in the lecture in industrial practice, get to know current technologies and make valuable contacts with experts from the fields of aviation and energy technology.

  • Bus trip for 2-3 days with overnight stay in a hotel (own share of costs for overnight stay)
  • Exclusive insights into three companies in the fields of aviation and energy technology
  • Expansion of personal network with fellow students, institute and potential employers
  • Certificate of the excursion for credit in your studies

Feedback on previous excursions

I really enjoyed the excursion. It was nice to have the opportunity to go to Berlin in a group in the evening. This joint activity will certainly go down well on the next excursions.
